To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The product must remain unused and unwashed
- Original packaging and tags should be intact
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation may be required

3. Return Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for return courier/shipping charges unless the issue occurred due to an error from Panache Fabrics.
